Upon delivering your media assets, such as images, audio and video files, and various forms of recordings, which encompass, but are not restricted to, photographs, digital images, drawings, voice recordings, sound files, image enhancement requests, motion graphics, video captures, audio clips, or related written descriptions (referred to as the "Submission"), via platforms including Instagram (through Tag or Direct Message), Facebook (via Message or Visitor Post), YouTube, email (sent to alana.alicea01@gmail.com), or our official website (https://www.starpopstudio.com/), you hereby express your consent to adhere to the stipulated terms and conditions.

By agreeing to these terms, I hereby authorize Alana Alicea (https://www.starpopstudio.com/), her legal representatives, assignees, and individuals acting under her authority and permission, to utilize my Submission without any form of compensation or consideration.

I acknowledge that my Submission may be subject to editing, copying, display, publication, or distribution, and I relinquish the right to review or endorse the final product in which my likeness is featured. Furthermore, I waive any entitlement to royalties or any other compensation linked to the utilization of my Submission.

I hereby acknowledge and grant an unencumbered right and authorization for the copyright and unrestricted utilization, reproduction, publication, and redistribution of any Submission featuring my likeness, whether in whole or in part, in an unaltered or altered state, regardless of character or format. This includes, but is not limited to, modifications or transformations under my own name or a fictitious identity, as well as reproductions in color or any other medium, across all existing and future media for purposes including, but not limited to, illustration, video, art, promotional use, or any other conceivable purpose. I also consent to the utilization of printed materials in conjunction with the aforementioned rights.

I hereby relinquish any right that I may have to examine or approve the completed product or products or the advertising copy, whether digital or printed matter that may be used in conjunction therewith or the use to which it may be applied.

I do hereby release, discharge, and undertake to indemnify Alana Alicea (https://www.starpopstudio.com/), her heirs, legal representatives, or assignees, and all individuals acting under her explicit permission or authority, or on whose behalf she acts, from any and all liability arising from any intentional or unintentional blurring, distortion, alteration, optical illusion, or composite usage that may arise during the editing of the aforementioned Submission or during any subsequent processing thereof. This release extends to all forms of publication, including but not limited to potential claims concerning libel or invasion of privacy.

I hereby grant Alana Alicea (https://www.starpopstudio.com/) the sole discretion to publish or employ any photograph, image manipulation request, narrative, audio, or video clip I submit for marketing and various other purposes, across publications, websites, or social media platforms, without the need for prior notice or additional permissions.

By submitting photographs, image manipulation requests, stories, audio, and/or video clips, both I and any other individuals depicted therein unconditionally and irrevocably relinquish all claims to compensation for the use of these materials. We also waive any rights we might have under copyright law, the right to publicity, the right to privacy, defamation law, or any other common law or statutory claims under the laws of any jurisdiction.

I affirm that I have the authority to bind each individual depicted in a photograph, image manipulation request, story, audio, and/or video clip to these release terms. I confirm that I am over 18 years of age or that I am a parent or legal guardian. I have thoroughly reviewed the foregoing authorization, release, and agreement before affixing my signature, and I fully comprehend its contents. This agreement is binding not only upon me but also upon my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• This release has no expiration date and isn't limited by geography.

• It covers all Submissions and accompanying descriptions.

• There will be no refunds once I have received the finished product.

• No refunds are possible after Alana Alicea has initiated a project.

• Alana Alicea's aesthetic and editing decisions are final, and dissatisfaction with them doesn't warrant a refund.

• If I don't complete my payment within 90 days of the initial payment, Alana Alicea is not obliged to return photos or provide a refund.

• By accepting these terms and conditions, I confirm that I've read and fully understand the release mentioned above and agree to its terms.

• I release all claims against any person or organization using this material.
